Beit Ad-nai Yisrael is an 'elder led' community with each elder having unique gifts, serving the community in distinct ways.  Our elders provide spiritual leadership and are responsible for guiding Torah study, teaching, counseling and direction.  “Shepherd the flock of G-d which is among you, serving as overseers, not by compulsion but willingly, not for dishonest gain but eagerly; nor as being lords over those entrusted to you, but being examples to the flock”.
We believe that a Torah inspired team of elders and deacons, being accountable to one another and the community, with limited authority, best serves the community within the bounds of the word of G-d.
